- Long Island Expressway to Exit 59 (Ocean Avenue) South.
- Take Ocean Avenue South, crossing Johnson Avenue and the RailRoad Tracks.
- Continue South on Ocean Avenue about 1/4 mile to first light and Make a Right onto Peconic Street.
- Follow Peconic Street "Around The Bend" and make the first Right (Which is still Peconic Street).
- Go about 1/2 mile on Peconic Street to Ronkonkoma Middle School on your Right.

FROM WEST:
- Long Island Expressway to Exit 58 (Old Nichols Road) North.
- Take Old Nichols Road North 1/2 mile to Long Island Motor Parkway.
- Make a Right On Long Island Motor Parkway and proceed for 1 mile to Parkway Blvd.
- At Parkway Blvd, make a Left and proceed 3 blocks to Cherokee Street.
- At Cherokee Street, make a Left and proceed 3/10 mile to Cherokee Elementary School.
- Cherokee Elementary School is located at the West end of Cherokee Street.

FROM EAST:
- Long Island Expressway to Exit 59 (Ocean Avenue) North.
- Take Ocean Avenue North 1 mile to Long Island Motor Parkway.
- Make a Left On Long Island Motor Parkway and proceed for 4/10 mile to Parkway Blvd.
- At Parkway Blvd, make a Right and proceed 3 blocks to Cherokee Street.
- At Cherokee Street, make a Left and proceed 3/10 mile to Cherokee Elementary School.
- Cherokee Elementary School is located at the West end of Cherokee Street.
